Respected Sir,
We thank you for having released the initial Retainer. We have started with the process of
Designing of your Bungalow as per the questionnaire filled by you and your family. In case you
do want to give us any additional information please free to call us or inform us by email of the
same.
The tentative Schedule for the above work up to the working drawing stage is as follows:

1. First Meeting for discussions of Initial Designs - 5th Feb 2016

2. Second Meeting to finalize Design - 12th Feb 2016
3. Third Meeting to finalize estimate and specifications - 11th March 2016
4. Fourth Meeting to finalize list of contractors and revised estimate -18th March 2016
5. Fifth Meeting to finalize comparative statement and Contractor - 06th April 2016

Note: The above is a tentative Schedule and could be changed for the convenience and
availability of both the parties involved.
As per the above Schedule We would like you to call upon us at 5 pm or as convenient(can be
discussed and finalized on telephone) on the 5th of Feb Friday at our Office for the discussions
on initial designs of the bungalow.

It would be good if you would be accompanied by your spouse for a more accomplished and
complete and involved discussion of the designs.

N.B: We would like to bring to your notice that the following documents are yet to be received
by our office. If there is any problem in procurement of the same we can offer you name of the
agencies which would be glad to offer services for the same
