Greetings!

I am Ruth Maureen C. Rillon, the representative from Pro Infra Realty and Construction Co., Inc.
We are the new owners of the Gana compound located at Balintawak, Quezon City.

This is in reply to the letter you sent us on November 29, 2016 inviting us in a meeting/dialogue
with some of the officers of the association. We regret that we weren’t able to heed to the
invitation. As of now, we are currently talking to the tenants and making them sign Lease
Contracts for their continued rent of our land. We have told the tenants that we are not evicting
them as long as they sign the Lease Contracts.
