We are writing this letter to submit an interesting proposal that will make
it possible for you to join the opening of In Hand Co. . After much
planning and research, the time has finally come to bring it to market.

We plan to open and start the business of real estate in the chosen
location that we already have. The layout has a Co-Working Office
Layout that will be visualized in the next paper.

We are looking forward to your investment of about ₱150, 000. This
