BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR A GROCERY STORE

BUSINESS NAME: DiMKA Mart

DERIVATION OF OUR BUSINESS NAME:

We use the first letter of our first names. Diane Domingo for “Di”,
Mylene Aguilos for “M”, Rei Krizel Cruz for “K” and Almira Grace R. Privado
for “A”. So put it all together, Di+M+K+A= DiMKA. And just add a Mart after.
So that’s the derivation of DiMKA Mart.
- The name of the business is very important. It is not just the
collaboration of the first letters of owners’ name. You should
establish a meaning so that you can actually explain the reason for
choosing it.
OBJECTIVES:

As a wholesaler/ retailer we want to give every person, children or


adults, their every needs. To provide with the friendliest and warmest
atmosphere and services with affordable prices. To offer products with
different or variety of brands so our customer can choose what will they
buy. A one stop shop, where our customers can buy anything they need or
want. To be a mart that has high security level where we can ensure our
customers that they don’t have to worry about their safety and to be an
observant for those who have bad intentions to them so that they can shop
till they drop. To establish and operate a store for the people who are living
at public places. Our business, DiMKA Mart, will also be well designed and
located in a public place that our customers can buy in an easy way without
hassle. And last but not the least, the major objective of most grocery store
companies is to sell products and earn the highest profits possible.

VISION/MISSION STATEMENT

MISSION STATEMENT:

First and foremost, our philosophy in building DiMKA Mart is to serve


our customers in the very friendliest and warmest atmosphere.In this, we
want our customers to believe in us and give us their faith that we will
satisfy them in to the fullest. That they will fully trust us and they will give us
a benefit of a doubt that we can fulfill all their needs and wants. We would
like to have them believe us that all we do, serve and give them has a good
intention towards them that they will benefit to us and not the other way
around. We want to make them a company, DiMKA Mart that they can say
that our business is for them and not for the owner.
We want them to feel that they, our beloved customers, are always in
the first thing in our minds and that they will completely feel that ‘customers
will always be right!’ That they will not think twice or hesitate to come and
visit our store and feel free to buy anything they like. Our belief is that our
obligation for customer satisfaction is not to concentrate fully on the sale of
goods, but rather is the total connection of a customer experiences when
interacting with our company. We believe in honesty and truth in all
transactions and in providing products of the highest quality and at fair
prices. We should do everything possible to provide outstanding service in
marketing the products we sell.
And last but not the least is our company would like to be their good
neighborhood, that when they need something they will just go and shop at
our shop.We at DiMKA Mart, are pledgingin to contribute and complyall of
you the best all-around and happiness in shopping experience.

live and develop to life, we meet every day needs for nutrition, hygiene, and
personal care with brands that help people feel good, look good and get
more out of life. We visualize to build the store in a public place so that our

are far and they need to use transportation just to shop.And last but not the
