CLIENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
The Client wishes to be provided with the Services (defined below) by the Event Planner
and the Event Planner agrees to provide the Services to the Client on the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.
Services
The Event Planner shall provide the services to the Client in accordance with the terms
and conditions of this Agreement:
The event is National Seminar-Workshop on Teaching English and Literature with a theme
“Strengthening Strategies of Teaching English and Literature for 21 st Century learners on
July 23-27, 2018 at The Tent, Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.

Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Fees to the Event Planner on the following dates: 50% upon
signing the contract 30% a week before the event and the remaining 20% upon the
completion of the event.
Warranty
The Event Planner represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with
reasonable skill and care.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Client is
located.
