We have been struggling for documents since last one and half year, to get the
documents from your end. Finally, we have received some documents from you. You
are requested to send the balance documents for Erection.

We would like to inform you that we are under process to submit our Acceptance for
Supply Debit Note within a couple of days.

Regarding Erection debit note, we would request you to provide the scan copy of all
supporting documents as requested by us during site visit, which were not provided at
that time.
