We are PT. Surya Tehnik Perkasa which is the contractor of the bayuran gate project. We
could not complete the project by Time for Completion on 2nd March 2023 in accordance with
our official proposal letter no. 004/STP/TS/I/2023 at 30th January 2023. Based on our latest
schedule which we sent to you on 13th March 2023, we would like to propose you to extend
Time for Completion to 18th April 2023.
The cause of delay of the project is as follows:
1. Slow performance of our subcont that impact other work item such as drainage and asphalt work
2. Fire Alarm work item not finish yet waiting for instruction of BJS Team.
3. Hard Raining season on february slowed our several work item espescially drainage and asphalt
work item.
With condition written above we already and will continue do a countermeasure as follows :
1. Adding number of manpower to finish the remaining work item
2. Adding working hours 3-6 hours a day at major work item
3. We take over some of subcontractor scope of work to accelerate the progress.
4. Provide delayed tools and material of our subcontractor to cut the waiting time.
