Sub: Name of the work: Thorrur Municipality – TUFIDC works - Infrastructure development
in ULBs – Improvement of Burial Ground,Development of Dumping Yard, Laying of internal
CC Roads, Fromation of BT Roads, Construction of Major Strom Water Drain Etc., in Thorrur
Municipality. Sanction of EOT – 1 up to 30-07-2023-Requested - Reg.
Ref: Agreement No. SE (PH)/UNIT-I Wgl Agmt – 34/2021-2022/ Dt.31-01-2022.

The above work was entrusted to our firm at 3.98% Excess than the sanctioned estimate
rate on tender basis. Agreement was also concluded at your office vide reference sited
above. As on today i.e., 02-03-2021 We have completed BT road laying in
Madhavarayanagudem, construction of 2 Box culverts in Lingagiri road, laying of single arm
lightings, foot path, construction of centre medians and Centre lighting.Widening of BT from
PottiSriramulucentre to Lingagiri Bypass Road is pending due to existing houses and shops in
widening portion which are to be removed by the Huzurnagar municipality department and
Electrical poles and transformers in the mentioned area are yet to be removed by electricity
department. As a result, this work could not be completed in time.
Hence, we request the Executive Engineer sir (PHMED) TUFIDC Unit-II Suryapet to kindly
sanction EOT3Up to 01-October-2021 without any penalty.
