Sub:- Dyuthi -2 works -sanction for carrying out works involving ABC on turnkey
basis for the financial year 2022-23--reg.

In view of the ongoing litigation involved in the centralized procurement of LT ABC and the
delay occured in the procurement of HT ABC due to re-tendering of the same, sanction is
hereby accorded to the Chief Engineers of Distribution regions and Deputy Chief Engineers,
Electrical Circles, to execute the Dyuthi -2 works involving ABC, which are of urgent nature
on turnkey basis, during the Financial Year 2022-23. T his sanction is valid only upto 31 st
March 2023.
