Subject: Prayer for forgiveness for improper behavior in class environment.

Dear Sir,
With great shame and disappointment in myself, I would like to state that I am a student of IBA
BBA 26th batch and am a participant in your Service Marketing course this semester.
Sir, I am deeply ashamed of my action earlier in class and I would never even have come close to
doing something so disrespectful in a class environment if I were aware of it. I have utmost
respect for you sir, and I assure you that my disappointment and shame in myself because of my
callousness far exceeds your anger and disappointment with me. Sir, I sincerely and deeply
apologize for ruining the integrity of your class with my actions and seek forgiveness from you.
Sir, I understand that you have no interest in my personal life, but I would like to assure you that
what happened was totally unintentional on my part and I usually try my best to adhere to class
formalities and treat our faculties with great respect. I was completely unaware that my camera
was on since I was having difficulties with the app since the beginning of the class. Sir, I
understand that this doesn’t explain my behavior as it was greatly disrespectful to your effort in
taking our classes that I would do such a thing even with nobody witnessing it. It was
unacceptable behavior and I promise to never do such a thing in my life again. Sir, at the risk of
more disappointment from you, I believe that you’d want to know that as for the action itself, the
device I was using was a vaping mechanism that I have been using to help me combat nicotine
addiction for the past month and that this was a strictly utilitarian device.
Sir, with utmost respect and a heavy heart, I would like to sincerely apologize to you for my
actions in class and would like to request your forgiveness for my actions. I am truly ashamed
and disappointed in myself for allowing my callousness to affect the integrity of your class and I
promise to refrain from doing such a thing ever again.

Yours sincerely,
Md. Mukarram Hussain Khan
