Dear Ma’am,

Good day, praise be Jesus and Mary, in continuation of the operation of our Business Concession I
personally submit this recommendation letter to your good office to continue to improve our services
and to continue the actual performance of our fellow students as business entrepreneur for our future
someday, In relation with our BSBA Program. This recommendation refers for the proper
implementation of 5’s. nowadays I observe that there we’re lot of students that are lack of motivation
when it comes cleanliness matter. In regards with this concern I would like to recommend to make a
formal letter of agreement for those student who sell their products in business concession and let them
sign it. And if ever they would not follow the agreement they are liable for that and they are subject
for disciplinary action or for penalty. The main reason why we should implement this recommendation
so that we may be able to maintain the cleanliness the school premises most particular in business
concession area, and let them learn to discipline themselves on how to manage a proper sanitation, we
must promote the thought “Clean As You Go” (CLAYGO). With this concern I am humbly asked your kind
consideration and support for the best of our program.
