Analysis:
1. Customer survey has finally been completed and 49 of them have responded. Amongst
them, the satisfaction rate with the Ozhouse cleaning services is 42 percent
2. The satisfaction rate about ease of doing business is 47 percent
3. Customer wanting to use the cleaning services further in future is about 72 percent
4. Customers who would recommend the Ozhouse clean to others is 63 percent
NUMERICAL FINDINGS
Overall, as far as I am concerned, the customer survey was appropriately conducted and
the customer also responded well to it. According to the survey report, it is clear that
most of the customers are satisfied, however there are customers who do not seem to
be satisfied with our services. So for them some modifications must be done. Our next
goal must be 100 percent customer satisfaction.
