1. About Our Company:


We are a Manufacturing Company with 2 years of experience who are working in the Textile and
garment industry. We have experienced in exporting our products to several countries in Asia such as
China, Combodia, Laos, etc. As a young company, we always try our best to bring best shopping
experience to customer. We never stop thinking to make our products better to match with the more
dynamic market.
Nowdays, people have a noticable concern to environment and health problems. Getting that need of
consumers, we have our products produced in most modern technology not only to have the best
products but also to save the energy. Our products are also made from natural fabric such as cotton or
bamboo so it just does a little effect on our environment.

2. Our products lines:


We have these kinds of product:
- Bamboo/Cotton Towels
- Bamboo/Cotton Shirts
- Bamboo/Cotton Scarfs
- Bamboo/Cotton Socks
Our main line of Products is Socks (Men Socks, Women Socks, Sport Socks, Baby Socks)
with premium bamboo fiber material, manufactured according to Japanese technology,
composition 95% bamboo & 5% spandex, and at the same time obtained International
certificate of Oekotex 100 level 1.
3. Our main mode production:
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): this method of production for export includes the
design and production process of purchasing fabric and materials, cutting, sewing, finishing,
packaging and shipping products. The ability to design reflects the higher level of
knowledge of the providers and therefore will bring higher added value for products. ODM
businesses create designs, finish products and sell them to buyers, which are most of the
owners of major brands in the world.

4. About our segment:

The textile and garment industry is one of the key industries in the consumer goods industry,
related to the production of fibers, textiles, dyeing, fabric, product design, garment finishing and finally
distribute garments to consumers. Textile industry contributes to ensuring consumer demand, necessary
for most industries and living; is an industry that brings an export surplus to the economy; contribute to
job creation; increase social welfare.
The garment and textile industry is one of the key industries in Vietnam with the second-largest export
turnover in the country. In 2019, the industry’s export value contributed to 16 percent of total GDP. In
the past five years, the textile industry has continuously grown at an average rate of 17 percent
annually.

Some factors that affect textile and garment industry:


- Economic situation

The textile and garment industry is affected by global economic volatility. Import and export activities
are closed with important role in the industry export turnover accounts for 80% total revenue of the
whole industry, textile raw materials also depends on 70% of imports. Inflation, interest rate
fluctuations rate, the exchange rate will affect to the input price, at the same time especially affecting
the reception capital of businesses.

For product output, economy development, life and income the higher the entry, the more people focus
on service products consumption, including products of textile industry.

- Input materials

The development of the textile and garment industry requires a market to supply raw materials,
otherwise production will depend greatly on imported raw materials. In fact, Vietnam Textile and
Garment currently depends on 70% on imported materials. Then it will be difficult for businesses to
exploit the advantages of TPP and FTA with the high requirements on rules of origin.

- Product consumption trends

The rise of the fashion industry has a strong impact on the consumer trend of the market, thereby
deciding the development of the global textile and garment industry. Shortening the product life cycle
of the fashion industry has created a fundamental change in the supply chain, the value chain as well as
the time to respond to orders and Vietnam's textile and apparel industry is not out of this trend.

- Technology equipment

Technology is the fundamental factor to ensure a highly efficient production process. Machinery and
equipment increase productivity and product quality; reducing production costs thereby reducing
product costs ... If modern machinery and equipment are suitable for the user's level, the machine is
used at full capacity, the product is both high quality, sample rich code, easier to accept by the market.

- Human Resources

This is one of the main factors of production and business, especially in the textile and garment
industry. It is expressed on two sides as quantity and quality. In terms of numbers, people of working
age and their time can be mobilized to work. In terms of quality, it is reflected in the skillfulness of
workers, management skills ... Textile industry is characterized by using a lot of labor, many manual
processes. Therefore, human resource training is decisive to the sustainable development of Vietnam's
textile and garment industry.

helping to attract more investment. The policy mechanisms are more and more open and complete,
helping businesses a lot in their business activities. Besides, the political situation, the business
environment of export markets also directly affects the output of products. Policy mechanisms,

Our main line of goods is Socks (Men Socks, Women Socks, Sport Socks) with premium
bamboo fiber material, manufactured according to Japanese technology, composition 95% bamboo &
5% spandex, and at the same time obtained International certificate of Oekotex 100 level 1.
1. About our product
Now, we will analyze our product (Bamboo Socks) by using the Product Component Model:
a. Core Component:
 Product platform: 74% Rayon from Bamboo, 21% Polyester, 2% Nylon, 3% Rubber.
Bamboo fabric is a synthetic fabric from Cellulose powder extracted from bamboo
fibers, processed through many processes: peeling and researching the stem of the
bamboo tree until it forms thin fibers, then spinning and weaving fabric, then finished by
dyeing. All to create durable structures and outstanding properties compared to
conventional fabrics. And there are two ways to process bamboo into fabric:
mechanical and chemical. The platform of our Socks consists of the fabric and the
textile technology. For the fabric, we use Japanese technology and produce it with our
textile technology and design.
 Design features: Simple yet aesthetic with different kinds of pattern, goes with 2 types
of design: single color and colorful socks. 1cm ribbed top and standard BAM length at
20 - 22cm that comes up just below the calf, depending on where customers like to
wear them.
 Functional features: Soft, the sock surface is always smooth, no wrinkles, no need to
iron, anti-UV, sweat-absorbing, good antibacterial, deodorizing effect, avoiding the
penetration of harmful bacteria. High safety because the fabric is made of bamboo,
which is known as a fast-growing, easy-to-grow plant that does not require chemical
sprays when planting.

aspects in regards to the concept of our product quality. The first aspect is market-
perceived quality, which is the consumer's perception of a product. We proudly assume
that we have a good place in customer's sight now in the market with 2 years of
experience. Through a survey, we rank 6th place in The ranking of socks brands in
Vietnam. The second aspect of quality is performance quality. Our technology,
equipment and labor is working well with more than 100 pairs of socks produced
everyday.
 Package and styling: We have different kinds of package which are 1 pair (Package
Dimensions: 2 x 1 x 1 inches), 3 pairs (6.69 x 2.95 x 1.38 inches) and 6 pairs (12.1 x
8.7 x 2.6 inches) to match with customer's demand. Our product goes with a bag and a
wrapping string. We value communication function, functional benefits and emotional
connections of our product’s package and styling.
c. Support services component:
 Instructions: It's recommended to wash inside out. Wash on gentle cycle in warm water,
max 30°C/86°F. Tumble dry on low setting (not exceeding 30°C/86°F), but it is better to
line dry only. The socks may seem to have shrunk after washing but they'll regain their
original form when you wear them. Our socks don't easily shrink or lose their shape
after washing.

Deliveries: Our products can be sold via catalogue or the Internet (on our website). Also, we have 63

selling our products directly to consumers.)
