quarter of 2021. (April to June), we strongly recommend that to finalize the same to boost the sale
volume, increase the enthusiasm and to recover the sales which is seeing in last quarter of 2021.This
initiative will be beneficial for both business entities. Please cascade this information to your respective
branches and sale team members.

For Sehat Khushhali Family Rs. 3,000.
  
? Eligibility for any branch to become entitled for additional commission, Minimum 50 Policies in
quarter.
 
? Additional Commission of Rs. 150 will be distributed in eligible branches as follows:
 
 
? In addition, Branch Manager will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 30. If his branch’s business for
the quarter is equal to or more than 100 Policies.
 
? The Area Sale Coordinator (ACL’s) will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 50. If the business of
branches under his area for the quarter is equal to or more than 500 Polciies.
 
? The Area Manager (AM’s) will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 50. If the business of branches
under his area for the quarter is equal to or more than 700 Polciies.
  For Sehat Khushhali Rs. 750/-
 
? Eligibility for any branch to become entitled for additional commission, Minimum 100
Policies in quarter.
 
? Additional Commission of Rs. 35 will be distributed in eligible branches.
 
? In addition, Branch Manager will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 10 if his branch’s
business for the quarter is equal to or more than
500 Policies
 
? The Area Coordinator’s Liability (ACL’s) will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 10 if the
business of branches under his area for the quarter is equal to or more than 1,500
Polciies.
  
 
For Sehat Khushhali Rs. 490 & Rs. 990/-
 
 
Eligibility for any branch to become entitled for additional commission, Minimum 100 Policies in
quarter.
 
Additional Commission of Rs. 25 will be distributed in eligible branches as follows:
   
In addition, Branch Manager will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 05 if his branch’s business for
the quarter is equal to or more than 500 Policies.
 
The Area Coordinator’s Liability (ACL’s) will be entitled to an incentive of Rs. 05 if the business
of branches under his area for the quarter is equal to or more than 1,500 Polciies.
