“Quality must be the number one priority of the organization”. Joseph M.

Juran (Juran’s Quality Control

handbook, 1988)

The quality standards that must be relied upon during digital transformation are the ISTE Standards. ISTE
Standards has the essential quality standards for how students, teachers, and administrators should
approach technology in the organization.

There will be three rubrics of quality standards.

Quality standards for the Students: Students should be prepared for the technology and for the new
ways to use technology in schools.

Quality standards for the teachers: Teachers should be updated about the knowledge of technology.

Quality standards for the Administrators: Administrators should support teachers and students to use
technology in the organization to enhance learning in many different ways.
