1. Business Requirements
Proposed system is the one that is going to be computerized, so that it is easy to retrieve
the responses from the system fatly and updating the details without any difficulty and saves
time. This project simplifies the task of maintaining records because of its friendly nature. The
objective of this project is to provide a comprehensive approach towards the management of
employee information. Now a days, almost human life is becomes more and more easy. It is
possible only because of the technology. Main aim of developing Construction Company
management system is to provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities involved
managing CLIENT and their order detail and employee attendance for the employees of
Company, but also to provide full functional reports to management of Company about CLIENT
and employees. The proposed system is developed With intention to Employee convenience
Reduce the complexity of employee management Reduce searching time Access to
information is in quick manner Employee and CLIENT information are managed in a secure
manner.

1.1. Background
This form is the front end of our project. We will use this form to open other form like
client, employees and other form. We used the button on this form .By clicking Client button a
form will be open by which we can insert client data, update client data and by clicking order
button we can open insert order data ,update data ,delete data form. By clicking Employee
button we can open we can open insert employee data, update employee data, delete
employee data and we can also take employee attendance and we can insert the employee
work and we can calculate the salary. And by clicking Report button we can generate the report
of employee, client, orders and salary reports.

1.2. Business Opportunity


The proposed system will be improved by adding the thumb impression for the
automatic attendance system and make the online system to facilitate the CLIENTs to place
order for the construction work and the employee to view their profiles detail and make an
account of the employee to provide salary to them.

1.3. Business Objectives and Success Metrics


Our mission is to provide our employees with an honest and helpful working
environment, where every employee individually and collectively, can dedicate themselves to
providing our CLIENTs with exceptional workmanship, extraordinary service, and professional
integrity.

1.4. Vision Statement


The Construction Company Management System is a software application which avoids
more manual hours that need to spend in record keeping and generating reports. It is very easy
to manage historical data in database. The scope of this project is developing desktop
application for the ADMIN. The CLIENT will give the order and the ADMIN will manage the
database of Construction easily.

1.5. Business Risks

If we have a huge data of employees, construction material and other relevant data, we can
manage it easily by this application.

2. Scope and Limitations


This system will keep the computerization detail of the CLIENTs, employees of the
company. Every organization, whether big or small, challenges related to management of
information about its human resources. Every organization has different employee management
needs. This system is designed with intention to assist in strategic planning, and will help you to
ensure that organization is equipped with the right level information of human resources for
achieving future goals. This system will save lot of the valuable time of ADMIN which will be
utilized by this system. And most important thing is that ADMIN of company can access the
information about employee in a quick and short amount of time. The proposed system aims to
improve the productivity of the organization through effective management of CLIENTs and
employees information. This system is to improve the satisfactions of the employee’s for their
economic problem. Our mission is to provide our employees with an honest and helpful
working environment, where every employee individually and collectively, can dedicate

2.3. Scope of Subsequent Releases


The Construction Company Management System is a software application which avoids

application for the ADMIN. The CLIENT will give the order and the ADMIN will manage the
database of Construction easily.

The ADMIN will be able to generate timely reports in order to monitor employees and this can
be used for performance appraisals. The reports will be have all the information of an
employees like its name, city, address etc. The ADMIN will then have the ability to add an
employee’s information to the database.

customers for this product and other stakeholders, and states their major interests in the
product. Characterize business-level customers, target market segments, and different user
classes, to reduce the likelihood of unexpected requirements surfacing later that cannot be
accommodated because of schedule or scope constraints. For each stakeholder category, the
profile includes the major value or benefits they will receive from the product, their likely
attitudes toward the product, major features and characteristics of interest, and any known
