We are focusing mainly in Hyderabad city area because its tele density is high and it is also a developed
area so we can cover mass population easily.

Market Share:

Tea consumption per day is highest in the group of 3-4 cups per day group So, our main focus will be on
this group as these groups involve offices, security guards laborer and other employee sector of low
income level groups.

Message:

Our tagline: Dillan di rah, Sadi chah.

We chose Punjabi because we want a unique factor and most of people can understand this tagline
easily.

The meaning of this message is properly shown that we want to create good relations in people to
maintain a friendly environment in offices etc.

Media:

One channel is not enough for marketing and using a lot of channels also cause issues. So, we will use
following channels for our marketing to grab the attention.

Billboards: This media is almost necessary in nowadays because every brand do this and it is also an
easy way to spread the message in a lot of people. So, Billboard will be used for our marketing and we
will use 3 to 4 billboards in Hyderabad and 2 in Sukhur. Billboards will help us in attracting customers
because random people will move from those places and a word of mouth can also be produces by it
that people will start talking that a new brand is coming in the market.

Digital marketing: Digital marketing is one of the most important channel these days. Almost everyone
uses social media the office employees of our target market group will be focused in digital marketing by
providing different ads, on facebook, Instagram etc.

Sponsorship: We will provide boards and posters on Tea stalls of Bus stations, Railway stations because
a lot of tea is used in those places So, we will provide them the posters etc for our marketing.
Influencer: For grabbing attention influencer plays an important role it is used in digital marketing and
other ads and our billboards or posters. So, we will hire “Sayeen Zahoor” a Folk singer.

Sayeen Zahoor is chosen because first of all he got this Sayeen as a honorific title and it’s a sindhi title
and he is popular in Sindh. He has performed in Coke studio recently and can be helpful in future also
because of his popularity.

Major cause to hire a singer is because mostly on tea stalls etc, music is always used to make a good
environment So, a singer will be a good option for influencer.

Poster: Poster will be used because it is less expensive and can be produced in bulk quatity and it is long
lasting while other media like ads or billboards they changes rapidly as compared to posters.

Posters create a continuous impact and somehow it influence and stays in people subconcious mind
which ultimately help the consumer in purchasing selection.

Example: If posters are placed in supermarts people will get to know and people can start checking the
brand by its marketing.

Radio:

Radio will play a very important role in marketing our brand because in Hyderabad and sukhur FM is
used widely and we can give some unique messages by highlighting the sindhi culture and by using our
influencer Sayeen Zahoor’s songs, this will help a lot for grabbing people attention for our tea.
