My name is Camaya Rumble, a student of Tarrant High School. I am currently
doing a questionnaires and I would like to ask permission to conduct a research
for my Office Administration School Based Assessment (SBA). I choose your
company because it’s the same place where I leave and suitable for my topic and
aim since you have more than a hand- full of clients each day. It would be an
honor if you accept me to do my research at your organization for my school
based assessment. I’ll be mainly interviewing the sales marketing and customer
service department in your company. So I’m asking permission if you could allow
me to complete my investigation at your company. My questionnaire would not

Methodology
The SBA was conducted at Bert’s Auto Parts here is where I meet the supervisor
and the sales marketing and customer service department.
Questionnaires were later given out to gather information. A questionnaire
assisted me of gathering any information. Each person was given a questionnaire
that should be completed and return to me.
There was a maximum of 20 questionnaires handed out to 20 staff members
including the supervisor of the Bert’s Auto Parts
