known Ada as a professional colleague for over 3 years. As the principal at Temple Intermediate School,
I am directly involved with her supervision. This position offers me the opportunity to have a first-hand
knowledge of her intellectual and professional capabilities. One of her numerous outstanding qualities is
her belief that detailed procedures are instrumental in organizational structures. The ability to understand
and effectively manage organizational challenges, should not only be expected but required of individuals
