FUNDED PROJECT- "BL E-HOUSE/AQUAPOLIS PROJECT" OF
FORMER CONGRESSMAN JUAN N. OROLA, LOCATED IN THE

WHEREAS, numerous deveJopments/structures are currently being
built in the shoreline of Sitio lAning;

WHEREAS, the former "BluiHouse" structure, classified as one of the

"Post Harvest Programs" der the "Aquapolis" project of former
Kagr1wad Bacolod Rep. Juan N. Orola i the shoreline of Sitio Aning, is presently
being utilized for commerci /private purposes;

NOW THEREFORE, upon thF unanimous approval of all the Barangay

Council present;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HER BY RESOLVED, ra1smg inquiry to the

DPWH-Bacolod Engineering District Office on the matters pertaining
to the documents/records/ tatus of the government-funded project-
Kagawa d "Blue-House/Aqua polis Pr ject" of former Congressman Juan N.
Orola, located in the shoreli e of Sitio Aning, this barangay.

RESOLVED FURTHER thatiopy of this resolution shall be furnished
