The Department of Management Sciences has conducted a comprehensive internship

trainee program with the main objective of training the best managers to come. All
students are placed in leading organizations in the professional field to gain practical
knowledge and understanding in their work management. Subsequently, when I accepted
the choice of a company, I chose the well-known industry called "Michel Fruits Limited".

Getting the opportunity to work at Michel Farms Ltd‌proves to be a great opportunity for
me. According to my speech, I had a broad understanding of the work of this organization.
Nothing can be gin without the guidance and cooperation of the members of Michel Fruits
Limited.

After completing the trainee program, I prepared this internship report according to my
practical performance. My attempt is to direct my knowledge so that readers can clearly
identify key concepts.

Unusual background

Step 1: Before access

Mr. Francis J. Michelle came to Bombay from Scotland at the end of World War II. His
elder brother, who settled in the northwestern part of India, was invited as a government
contractor for the construction of a railway network in the subcontinent. Mr. Francis was
already over 60 years of age at the time, and the main context was his coming into the
irrigation system being developed in the canal-colony districts towards West Punjab. He
was in favor of leasing seven hundred and twenty acres of agricultural land in place of
Renala Khurd in the district Sahiwal. The area stretched for the seven miles allotted to
him, from the Renala Khurd area to Adda Kisan, to Lahore Karachi between the main
lower Bari Doab Canal and the railway line.

He started a grape growing business, selling it for final sale in the form of dry currants and
sent his 2 sons to Australia for training in Mildura, which is known as a major place of
expertise in agriculture. . The company was legally registered and Francis Mitchell
appointed its director and Leonard and Richard as directors in 1933, and the name of the
company was changed to Indian Mildura Fruit Farm (Limited). The Mitchell family was
given permission to acquire land on the Northwestern Railway Line a few years ago.

Mr Francis Mitchell was asked by railway line officials to indicate the name of the
embodied station. Hence, the word “farmer” and later the word farmer became a well-
known brand name.

South Africa specifically for a good rootstock plant, which is a staple of the famous

the outbreak of World War II, the Associated Troop in India needed protected fruits and
