Sub: REFUND OF SALARY DRAWN EXTRA

Reference the subject noted above, your agreement for rendering service as
lecturer Chemistry at Aspire College Toba Tek Singh dated:01/10/2020
against a consolidated pay of Rs. 35000/- p.m.

On the same day your brother Lecturer Biology on a consolidated salary of

Rs. 50000/- p.m.

It is due to clerical mistake. You were (Ali Asghar) being paid Rs. 50000/-
p.m. and your brother Mr. Ali Akbar was paid Rs. 35000/-p.m. A few days
ago your brother Mr. Ali Akbar submitted an agreement of Rs. 50000/- p.m.
and claims arrears from Oct 2020 to Feb 20121@15000/- pm. (50000-
35000) to DDC TTSingh. The College management has paid him as per
agreement and cheque of Rs. 75000/- issued in favour of Rs, Mr. Ali Akbar.

In the light of mentioned above and a written agreement of Rs. 35000/- p.m.
you are hereby directed to refund the amount received extra from 01-10-
2020 to 28-02-2021 amounting to Rupees 75000/- to the office within 3 days
or till April 10, 2021. In case of non-compliance, this amount will be charged
in your subsequent salaries.
