2. Types of fitness? Endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility

3. Body fitness -is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform
aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.

4. Health-related fitness (HRF) is theoretically defined as a multidimensional construct


containing the components cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance,
flexibility and body composition (Sagepub 2019).

5. Health and fitness -Physical activity or exercise will help you stay in better shape and lower
the risk of developing diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Physical
activity and exercise will improve your health both now and in the future. Most importantly,
daily exercise will help you live a happier life.

6. Physical fitness refers to the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow
you to be healthy and perform activities of daily living.

7. Physical fitness exercise -Walking, Dancing, Swimming, Water aerobics, Jogging and
running, Aerobic exercise classes, Interval training, Squats, Lunges, Push-ups, Abdominal
Crunches, Bent-over Row.
