SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING

Students will be able to:

 Listening: Develop an awareness of intonation patterns when listening.

 Reading: Read frequently encountered words with ease.
 Speaking: To use topic vocabulary and question words to ask and answer
questions.
 Writing: Use basic language structures in writing. - Write short, simple
sentences on familiar topics.
 Functional language: Making suggestions and decisions.

- Communication: students are going to communicate with each other's and communicate with the
teacher also.
- Critical thinking: In the bigging of the lesson teacher will ask the students to give her answer about
her questions which is " how do we care about Earth?"
- Media literacy: the teacher is going to use videos, PowerPoint, and pictures.
- Creating: students will create their own rules using must and mustn't .

Key vocabulary: must / mustn't/ sign/ rules/ grass/ cycling / fishing/ sandwich / bin / litter.

Common misconceptions for learners: Ways of identifying and addressing these
