Task 2: At the end of your two weeks, reflect on your experience based on the observations of the
teaching and also your own engagement/and or teaching in the classes.

1. What were some of the challenges that you see to online learning? (3 challenges)

Getting the students attention – Let the students participate white teaching – Let the students open their
camera and unmute themselves.

2. What are some of the benefits of online learning?

Getting the help from their parents – Some students who has multiple intelligent may not focus on the
lesson – the studying environment may affect the students learning.

3. Compare online teaching with face to face instruction. What are some similarities and
differences between the two methods?

Similarities Differences
- Same learning outcome - There will be a huge different with the
- Using teacher knowledge that the students will get.
- Students will have a grade at the end. - Teacher may change her planning if
something happened because of the
internet or computer.
- Teacher is not focusing on all the
students because she can’t see them.

4. What skills can students develop from online learning?

- Computer skills by using computer everyday
- Communication skills with their teacher and peers
- Hard working at the same time being independent

5. Why might some students struggle with learning online?

- Computer skills
- Getting the information from the teacher

6. What specialized skills do you think you need to develop to be an effective online teacher?
- Having a clear voice
- Having a good learning environment
- Make sure to communicate with every single child
- Have a effective planning which will help the students to focus on their learning.
