That Sugar Film is a discovery of the truth about sugar. Damon Gameau
becomes a guinea pig for the unique experiment to document the effects of a high sugar
diet on a healthy body. Consuming only foods that are commonly perceived as healthy
products such as low - fat yogurt juices and cereals but not soft drinks, chocolate, ice
cream that are said to have high sugar. He also highlights the issues that sugar industry
takes place on supermarket.

concerned and this film was focused on sugar about the foods that we eat. And it made

me realize how to look at the food I eat every day. I think that I will change my food

intake completely like eating authentic fruits and vegetables because this film really got

into me since I have a sweet tooth. I actually feel dense for many days even years of
damage I have done to my body for being ignorant about sugar products that I consume

every single day. I heard in the film that “Sugar is not evil, but life is so much better

when you get rid of it” I think that they are right sugar is also needed by our body but

every time we consume high amount of anything we need to be careful. I find it very
much educational and much needed for our generation. I wonder if people would still
buy the products if they watched this movie about sugar and if they know what would be

This film is not all about the experiment he’s doing it also gives some details
about the people who are suffering from modern foods. I think that we should know
about what is better for us and be aware of what fructose and glucose is. After all this is

change the way I see and think about healthy foods and will be my wake-up call
information that could change my life if I applied it to my life.
