1. Unit/Chapter Goal/s:
 Lesson 3: How do Forces Affect Motion?
 Students will be able to recognize ways of forces affect to change an object’s motion.
2. Learning Objectives:
Cognitive: Students will be able to explain how forces, mass, and acceleration are related.
Affective: Students will be able to identify examples of action and reaction forces.
Psychomotor: Students will be able to compare and contrast balanced and unbalanced forces.
3. Materials: (books, white board, A4 sheet)
Intro/Anticipatory Set: (Review their previous knowledge about forces)
4. Procedure:
o Ask what students know about forces and have they ever use force
o Choose two or three students to answer
o Explain what is force
o Ask how they use force daily
o Give response for their answers
o Explain Representing Force and Combined Forces
o Ask examples of both forces
o Explain balanced and unbalanced forces
o Ask examples of what they know about how balanced and unbalanced forces is using in
daily machines
o Explain how forces, mass, and acceleration are related
o Ask how action and reaction effect on things differently
o Explain about actions and reactions force
o Let them do classwork
