Synchronicity in the Human Space-Time Theory of Nursing brace up the innovative process of
nursing engagement expressed as interpersonal relating, technological knowing, rhythmical
connecting, and transformational engaging. This idea seeks to inform nurses in their profession by
an innovative demonstration of nursing care systems focused on genuine care intentions that
transcend clinical applications. Moreover, it is a valuable theoretical framework for future studies
to explain the significant relation of human transcendence, interconnectivity, emancipation, and
equitability of individual encounters with humanistic approaches in the field of nursing. One
principle of the Synchronicity in the Human Space-Time Theory of Nursing is the Equitability. In
this theory, it is defined as a concept of maintaining fairness and justice in treatment through
healthcare systems. It also emphasizes that there should be a balance and equity among the services
and resources being utilized by the clients. The nurse aims to provide people with the full range of
possibilities and advantages. In applying Synchronicity in the HST Theory in Nursing Practice, a
nurse should establish a human to human interaction between patients regardless of their
background, affiliations, and conditions. Meaning, the nurse should be able to connect and interact
with patients without judging them based on what kind of person they are. Healthcare services are
to be provided to patients by setting aside their personalities. Nursing practice should understand
the wholeness of the human being to deliver the proper care needed. Hence, Synchronicity in the
HST Theory of Nursing Engagement has focused on human caring, concepts of life are guided by
the application of nursing interaction processes, and nursing engagement processes in this theory
upholds a pattern where the wholeness of a person is emphasized.
