To Whom It May Concern:

It is my great pleasure to recommend Aileen Romero in her desire to pursue higher education. I
have known Aileen since August of 2019 and had the privilege of having her in my
Environmental Science class. Aileen consistently excelled in all tasks and assignments in class.
She demonstrated to have a great work ethic allowing her to succeed in all of her academic and
personal goals.

Aileen is a hardworking, kind, responsible and generous student. Each day she is motivated and
focused to achieve her goals. Aileen is a first generation bilingual student who is determined to
pursue higher education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree to become a Registered
Nurse. In addition, she wants to further her education by obtaining a Master’s Degree. Aileen is
preparing to enter the medical field by being a part of the Medical Spanish Club and the Medical
Professionals Club on campus. Moreover, she is taking courses such as Medical Terminology,
Introduction to Health Careers, and Medical Spanish. She has demonstrated to balance her time
well as she was in the Wrestling team her Sophomore year and took part in community service
when she volunteered her time at a Car Wash event to raise funds for the Wrestling team.

Aileen has an amazing passion for the things she does. She always arrived to class on time with a
positive attitude ready to learn, participate, and work hard. I am confident that with your
generous contribution to her education she will not let you down. She will represent her family,
school, and community with the utmost honor.

Without a doubt, I highly recommend Aileen for any endeavor she chooses to pursue in her life
as she possesses defined skills to succeed.

If you have any questions please do contact me at mclopez@muhsd.org and I would be happy to
discuss her character or past academic work. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Michelle Lopez
