Dear Hiring Manager,

I was extremely impressed with Loralee. She has worked for Barbizon of PA for the last few
years and is missed dearly. Loralee’s in classroom traits are unmatched. Her ability to engage
with the students is unparalleled. Loralee is extremely outgoing and has spent multiple hours
after her scheduled hours working with students who needed help.

Before Covid-19 Loralee was working in person. As soon as Covid-19 hit we transitioned to
online learning. This did not phase Loralee. She was just as good online as she was in person.
The students loved her and we constantly received compliments about how knowledgeable and
outgoing Loralee is. However, do not mistake her kindness for weakness. Loralee was able to
give criticism the correct way. She was also able to get the class back on track if they were not
paying attention.

I believe that Loralee would make a great addition to your teaching staff. I’ve been consistently
impressed with her teaching skills. Loralee also works extremely well under tight deadlines. Her
response time to students sending her emails was very rapid. Loralee genuinely cares about her
students and wants the best for them. She is always wanting to learn more about her teaching
style, what works, what did not work, and how she can be better. Having Loralee as a part of
Barbizon of PA was truly a blessing. She is always welcomed back.

I strongly recommend Loralee for this teaching position. Loralee accomplishes all tasks with
