In the Spring of 2021, Loralee Reda completed her student teaching placement in the

teaching supervisor from California University of Pennsylvania and observed and
evaluated in her in her teaching placement.

classroom management. Loralee challenged students, used humor, and innovative
teaching strategies to deliver inspirational lessons. Loralee was always prepared and was
successful at instructing both asynchronous and synchronously. Loralee is highly
personable and connects well with her students. She worked diligently to engage students
in the lessons throughout different modes of instruction and real-world discussions. This
was one of the biggest challenges teaching online and she managed it remarkably well.
Loralee’s student-centered approach, encouraging character, and ability to interact with
each student contributes to her controlled management of the overall classroom and
increased student engagement.

Loralee incorporated multiple modes of instruction and activities to teach lessons which
increased engagement, rigor, and competency for students. She taught mini lessons which
facilitated to better engage students, keeping them attentive and on task.

Loralee developed some of her lesson’s materials on her own throughout the semester,
these teaching platforms changed from in person, to hybrid, to fully on line to comply
with state and/or district safety guidelines. Everything Loralee completed for my classes
was always top notch and nothing less. Loralee is an overachiever in every facet of
teaching and always impressed me.

As a former school district administrator of 17 years, I can attest that Loralee Reda was
one of my superior student teachers and I would hire her undoubtedly if given the
opportunity. She has a tireless work ethic, has exceptional content knowledge for a
beginning teacher, and is truly passionate about her students and education. She will
clearly be a successful leader in any school someday. Loralee demonstrates copious
talents of an overachieving educator for any school system and I would highly
recommend her for any position for which she is qualified. It has been a pleasure to work
with Loralee this semester. Please contact me at 724-622-5989 should you have any
questions.
