Summary
Pamela

According to the occasion she likes to eat fast food, but she also eats a lot of healthy food
like vegetables and fruits and she doesn`t like sea food. When she is cooking se like to
use water or in case of being necessary she uses vegetable oil, she doesn`t like to cook
too greasy. Pamela eats just 1 fruit a day, so she doesn`t like to include much fruit in her
diet, but includes 3 vegetables a day, which is very healthy. She says she could live only
eating vegetables and fruits and it could be easy because in her family someone is
vegetarian. She doesn`t like to drink a lot of water, she just drink water when she is
training at the gym, however she says she consider herself very healthy.

My advice for Pamela is to include more water and more fruits in her diet, because both of
them help to have a very healthy body and help to feel good all day long and to keep the
brain in constant activity.

Juanita

Juanita likes to eat sea food, which is very healthy and does not cause problems to the
body. When she cooks she prefers to use vegetable oil because she feels it is not as bad
as other oils. She eats two fruits and three vegetables a day, she says she could eat only
fruits, but not only vegetables because she thinks it is not enough to survive, she consider
herself healthy and drink three glasses of water a day, also she is sugar free.

My advice for Juanita is to continue like that because she has a very healthy lifestyle, I
could only say she should include more protein because it is what gives strength to the
body in long periods of time.
