Actually I am new in HFC as a staff member here in Harar. I almost spent a month on being assigned in Shenkor and Dire
Teyara woredas to work as a woreda social accountable expert. And as a result there is no archived goals in the previous
review so far.

She have been able to successfully carry out the social mapping exercise, which has not been done for a long time under
the previous plan. As well as she sent more than 90 CBO and PLWD and social voulnerable groups to MA from 13 woreda.

As you have said, during the last quarter, we did not have a project budget that could employ all the staff to do project
activity, but you had to try to do things that could only be done with a salary budget. For example, a proposal could be
made by reviewing various documents of the organization.
You also need to develop a desire and loyalty for your immediate supervisors and project coordinator in the future
regarding attendance and punctuality. You also need to develop the ability to deliver your homework on time.
Finally, your any assignment should normally be done in the direction indicated in the formal letter or email. Out of this,
you should stop a verbal commenting and justification on why you did not do it.

In terms of the goal I set out to achieve different tasks: I have been planned to carefully and properly organize the
financial document, ensure that it is used properly without wasting expense, and that I can send the costdocuments
efficiently and quickly.

Once the coronavirus has entered our country, it is difficult to carry out the normal SA activities that should be done on a regular
basis, I have to lead the radio show better than the 22 SAIPS partners.
I have achieved our organization to move into the green category of the previous yellow ESAP MA rankings.
I have been able to submit to ESAP MA the best quality and fastest report ever.
I have improved our organization's financial management and reporting system. Information flow has also become increased. I have
also increased the role of the committee interdependency.
I have made HFC one of the four organization selected for the CRC pilot.
I have been able to provide professional support for the ESAP MA on the excel datasheet and many others succeed.

Achieving goals for the future of Babile youth centre in the way it is now going.
As well as, I plan to work better for our next CRC Center of Excellence by achieving the goal of pilot-implemented CRC tools.
