MyFitnessPal

Would I recommend this app to other users?

The Answer is yes, I would recommend myfitnesspal app to other users. If one
of your goals is to track your water intake it’s perfect. You put in the ounces
you drink and it has options for you to choose from in the very bottom or you
can type in the ounces yourself.
Did it take too much time of your day or was
it easy to log in your process?
It was a easy login process and did not require more than 10 minutes. If you
tend to forget to login your process for the myfitnesspal app there's no problem
because you can set your settings to have a reminder sent to you everyday and
that's something I find useful.
Do you think your health improved?
I think my overall health improved a little but my water intake improved
tremendously. I went from drinking only 2 cup of water to 6 cups of water
because of myfitnesspal app. It also helped by helping me see the calories a
certain food has by using the barcode.
Would you consider using the app long term
over the course of 6 months or longer?
I would definitely consider using the app long term it really does keep you
accountable when you have the reminders setting on. It also tracks the calories,
and steps if that's something you need to keep track of.
My Starting point and my Progress

What I enjoyed
● The settings they remind you to track your process
● Barcode scanning
● Doesn't take a long time to add your water intake
● Easy, fast, and convenient.
What I would change
● It's only on mobile wish I could use it on my laptop
My comparison to other apps

I would say myfitnesspal has been an app that has not constantly given me
problems for example constant updating and or constant kicking me out of the
app.
