the students. The apps will be introduced by the pair and will present next week the features and
importance of the app.

Overall: My Fitness Pal


It’s the fitness app for someone who wants it all: it logs exercise stats and records
caloric intake, helps you change your habits to meet personal health goals, and offers
unparalleled customization for each of its assets.

Budget App: Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer

gym if you can’t afford a membership or feel uncomfortable if people watch you work out.
