There are many life factors we need to balance to be feel
good. Our pH level is fundamental as it affects all biological
processes in our blood, tissues and organs. Blood is normally
slightly alkaline and our bodies work constantly to maintain
the delicate acid-alkaline balance that is so vital for health.

HOW TO WATCH YOUR pH IMPROVE
Test your pH morning and evening before eating or
drinking. Tear off a test strip with dry fingers and hold it
in your urine stream until wet. Compare with the colour
chart within 2 minutes and see which is the closest match.
Record your readings, pH values of:
5.2 - 6.0 increase Alkala intake
6.2 - 6.8 maintain Alkala intake
7.0 - 7.4 reduce Alkala intake
A pH of 7 is neutral, below 7 is acidic and above 7 is alkaline.
