Jaw gape (communicate with spv or CRO)
Jaw togle spring
Grease level in storage tank
5 Emergency bin and feeder Bin not empty
Belt condition in centre pisition, belt no broken, all roller good
Loader unloading point is clear
6 Feed conveyor All safety guard installed
All drum pulley (Head , bend, take up and tail ) in good condition
Pull wire in healthy, healty
Conveyors cover installed well
Belt drfit switch condition, healthy
Belt Rip condition healthy
Ready status , all healthy (confirm to control room for SCADA)
7 Hoist crane Ready tu use
Stand by at right position
8 Magnet Center position
Pulling chain in safe posisition
9 Feed spout No built up material inside
10 Feed Spout 1 st, 2nd & V scrapper in good condition
11 Go around all walk way and make sure all walk way clear and safe
