Trunion / pinion reservoir oil level (not below minimum)
Reducer oil reservoir level (not below minmum)
Inspect all condition if any oil leaking
Confirm to control room for all pump in healthy condition
Raw water to oil cooller valve open
Confirm to controll room if any alarm at SCADA
Check local panel if any alarm active, let supervisor to know if any
Inspect grease in adequate level
Line up, inspect all grease pile lin there is no leaking
Check all the pipe line, drain valve closed position
Check and test for closed and opening of suction and discharge valve
Minimum 2 hydro cyclone opened (valve full open)
Duty pump motor ready
Cyclone mill hopper level adequate
Gland water good flow and healthy in SCADA
Tank level adequate
Process water manual valve to feed and hopper both open
Lime distribution pump ready
Manual dan control valve tested (open and close)
Feed spout installed properly, bolted, doors closed and lock
All safety guard properly installed around the sag mill body
No any material touching to the Sag mill body and pinion area
Confirm to control room and Spv for last inching (run incing if last inching
more then 6 hr)
Visual check for trommel screen condition
Ensured that all of oil pump in normal sound (not noisy, vibration and
temperature is normal)
Liner bolts, no missing or leaking
Condition is clear (panel screen slot no blocked and discharge line pipe not
block)
Motor healthy confirm to CRO
Leach pump motor ready
Hopper level adequate
Gland water good flow and healthy in SCADA
Drain valve closed and both of suction and discharge valve tested
Good and clear sound
