GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Be on time for your shift and manage appointment/booking systems effectively.
Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the nail bar.
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while
educating clients in these areas.
Actively promote H&M beauty range and advise clients on service aftercare.
Greet customers arriving at the nail bar and provide them with the relevant
information.
Ensure that clients are handed over to the correct nail technician.
Answer telephone calls and provide relevant information to clients/head office.
Confirm all appointments/bookings and re-schedule where necessary.
Collect cash in exchange of services rendered and tender change to customers.
Ask customers for feedback on salon’s services and provide assistance with problems
or complaints.
Count cash at the end of the shift and ensure that cash flow information has been
logged into the salon’s register.
Manage stock levels and prepare orders.
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the
nail bar that require attention.
Actively promote the nail bar, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as
programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Handle clients questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients
ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the nail
bar.
Assist in all areas of nail bar operation as requested by management.
Follow all start of day, and end of day procedures, as outlined by Go Gorgeous
London and H&M.
