 Nice app but I am used to my traditional pen paper technique.

 It takes time to register new user since every time it requires their phone
number.
 My shop is crowded most of the times since it is a rasan store, pen paper
practice is way faster than maintaining records on this app.
2. GAYATRI SALES

 Good app, never used this type of app.

 This is very helpful for my personal transactions.
 But my transactions are heavy i.e., from Rs.10k to 100k.
 I cannot trust on a mobile app for my business transactions.
3. KRISHNA TILES & SANITARY

 Very helpful app

 We do have both small and large transactions.
 We can use it for our small transactions which are very difficult to maintain.
4. OM PATANJALI STORE

 It is actually a very helpful app.

 I heard about these kinds of apps but never actually used them.
 I find one problem: I can only add customers, not my creditors from whom I
purchase my products.
5. OM SAI CAR WASH

 Although it is a very nice app, but we are already using KHATABOOK app.
 We do not find anything new in this app, so there is no point switching to this
app.
6. KITCHEN VEG SHOP

 Very nice and useful app

 Although I am very used to my pen paper technique, but I will try using this
app.
7. KAPOOR BEEJ BHANDAR

 It will be very difficult to add new customers, when my shop is crowded as the phone
number is compulsory.
 Phone number should not be mandatory every time I add a new customer, because I
know few of my customers by face, family and neighbour.
8. MAMTA CLOTH STORE

 Mobile number should not be made compulsory for every new customer.
 This app only adds customers, not a person to whom I gave money in advance,
or my sundry creditors.
9. M.R. ELECTRIC & ELECTRONICS

 I like the functioning of the app.

 But the interface is not that simple.
 Adding or deleting payments can be made much simpler.
 Dashboard can be made much more functioning.
10. PAWAN SHUTR TEA STALL
Add: - Near Balpan Hospital, JP Nagar, Bariatu, Ranchi - 834009

 I was planning to transfer all my regular customers account to my phone.

 But I will be unable to use this app, I wish it were in Hindi.

Summary

1. Maximum number of shops preferred pen-paper for accounting.

2. It takes time to register new user since every time it requires their phone number.
3. Mobile number should not be mandatory.
4. This app allows transaction only with the customers.
 5. Transactions with the sundry creditors or the party from which shop purchase
goods should also be made possible.
6. Most of them are already using other apps (Khatabook etc.) for their transactions.
7. User Interface is not that simple.
8. Adding or deleting payments can be made much simpler.
9. Dashboard can be made much more functioning.
10. Application should be in multiple languages as most of the local vendors cannot
use the app in English.

SWOT Analysis

 Strength
o Name of the app “Mera-Munshi” is attractive and trust building itself.
o Easy and fast to register.
 o Open-Source

 Weakness
o User-Interface can be made much more attractive and simpler.
o Adding & deleting payments for a customer can be made simpler.
o Dashboard of the app can be made much more functioning.
o Multiple language not available.

 Opportunity
o Many new stores, shops, etc. are switching to Mobile apps from pen-paper for
their small transactions.

 Threat
o There are already many mobile open-source accounting apps available on
Google Playstore and Apple Store.
o One of the most widely used accounting apps in market is “KHATABOOK”
which has created monopoly in this field. For mobile accounting, people blindly
download this app as it has 10M downloads on playstore till now because of its
multiple language feature and simple user interface and wide functioning.
