Duties & Responsibilities:

 Develop the Company policy and update permits papers.


 Follow up and monitor factory improvement on any identified non-compliant issues.
 Ensure factory compliance in areas of local labor standards, health and work safety and environmental
protection at factory’s premises.
 Provide advice and training to factories.
 Provide weekly CAP development status to top Management.
 Maintain and update Buyer’s Code of Conduct when new regulations occur.
 Develop feasible and sustainable Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with factories.
 Develop the rules regulation.
 Develop and maintain the requirements system very strictly.
 Supervise the HR, Admin & Compliance team for all kind of documents works & how to develop it.
 Responsible for total compliance issues about Bangladesh Labor Law & International Buyer’s
requirements.
 Facing the entire compliance related Government & Buyer’s audit (Such as K-mart, Wal-Mart, LPP,
TAKKO, KIABI, MANGO, LI & FUNG, and ALDI & ZARA) and always report the Buyer’s & Management by
e-mail.
 To deal wages and employment matters by join consultation with the Management and the workers
representative body.
 To ensure cleanness of the day care center and maintenance of its facilities.
 To ensure cleanness of the factory premises, production floors, toilets, bath room etc.
 To established contracts and hold consultations with a view to maintaining harmonious relations

Accord / Alliance concern.
 To provide slipper, towel, soap in the toilets.
 To ensure manning of the reception counter and its tip top appearance.

 To check and sign gate pass and challans.
 To take disciplinary action against workers and staffs in case of defalcation.
