review the overall project.

The purpose of this project is to build the customer goodwill and Manager

implementing a program to inform agents of legal and ethical
obligations (particularly with respect to WHS and anti-
discrimination legislation) and any standards or codes of conduct
followed by the organisation; promote high standards in
professional conduct (see Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)
Code of Conduct and relevant legislation); inform clients, tenants
and potential tenants of MLR’s commitments; achieve employee
and client buy-in for initiative.

During implementation process, we experienced the over budget,


which is $15,799 (approval budget is $15,000). This lead to the
delay in some work items. However, the issues were found early
and resolved as soon as possible so all goals was met within the
timeframe.
