So this method is a little new. Basically, we want to send each potential client a "video audit"
without actually sending them a video audit...yet. I'll explain.
Basically, we want to send each cold email with the photo below copy and pasted into the email
(not attached, copy and paste the photo into the email). The interested clients should respond,
hoping to get some feedback and insight on their website, but of course since it's only a picture,
there is nothing for them to see or play so they'll email us back saying "Hey the video didn't
work, could you resend it?"
At this point, when they reply, you would let me know and I would record a quick video
reviewng their website and send it to them. The power in this is we can filter people who are
really interested and
we're going to stand out because we took the time to shoot a video (or so they think) when most
others haven't. We want these emails to seem as thoughtful and as personable as possible.
This method is only going to work with people who already have a website; visit sites from
Kleanleads, and if it looks unprofessional, old, outdated or sloppy then it's worth sending
them one of these emails.
Something that is also vitally important in this process is the first line. We want
PERSONALIZATION here!
When you go on their website, mention something that you like about it or that you can
congratulate them on. But keep it brief, one sentence will do. The entire email itself should
be less than 5 sentences. You may want to look on their FB pages or LinkedIn pages if you
can find them to get a personal line to use if you can't find one on the website.
“Hey ____,
Just stumbled onto your site. Saw you won ___ award, wanted to give you props for
that. Anyways, I wanted to make this quick.
I specialize in designing beautiful, authority-building websites for _____ (job field). Shot a
super-quick video for you with some website improvements that would boost your image almost
immediately.

If you’d want my help implementing some of this stuff, reply back to my email and
let’s have a quick chat.”
Following Up
Essentially, make it super short and simple without being spammy or needy. "Just following up"
or "just bumping this" will suffice.
