2.0 RESPONSIBLITIES
- Anyone working in testing location during commission stage must follow the safety
requirements as per SEC rules and CSD employees are responsible for applying
safety rules in all places which they working in.
- Project site engineer is responsible for committing the contractor to prepare testing
and commissioning places to be done in proper climate conditions as per Company
policies, procedures and accepted temperatures the relays, devices and test
equipment can be tested or operated within it.
- Any of CSD staff is responsible for testing activities according to approved
specification and design and he shall not start any test for Voltmeter until providing
the following:

1 Inspect for physical damage or defects.

4 Inspect all covers, panels section, paint work and proper fit.
5 Check tightness of all bolted connections.
6 Check correct phasing connections and Ferrules.

11 Check for correct indication status.
Check that all control wiring is correct according to the approved

drawing and terminal connections are secure.
13 Verify that correct Dispatch Numbers have been installed.
