MEDITATION

During the meditation my body feels relax. It also reduces the stress. There so
many birds whose chirping make me feels relax and happy. There are lots of
thoughts coming in my mind I’m thinking about my failures and my success.
I’m just avoiding my failure and thinking positive about my future my career
what happen when I’m completing my BS-AF then ACCA and also thinking
about my practical life. I’m positively fantasize about successfully reaching my
goals. I’m motivating myself. I’m also thinking about video Game (PUBG)
cause I’m so addictive to it. There is also a religious thought in my mind about
the day of judgement also thinking about my signs and Whimpering with my
signs that Allah will forgive me.
