Symbols: A symbol is an object, word, or action that stands for something else.

Symbol is
something that holds a specific meaning understood by people who share a community (a
flag, a phrase, a blinking red light, a raised hand, an animal etc).
Pakistani flag: the greenish colour describes Islam and the Muslim population in Pakistan,
while the white stripe shows the minority. In the centre, the crescent and the star symbolise
progress and knowledge and light.
Symbols allow us to express our thoughts. A siren is a signal that signifies an emergency
condition which gives a warning that will open the way immediately. Symbols mean various
things to different individuals, which is why it is difficult to hypothesize how a particular
culture symbolizes anything. In European tradition, the colour of black has come to
symbolize death and is worn at funerals. In other countries, such as Asia, white also
symbolizes death and is seen at funerals.
Pakistan cultural background is very diverse; each cultural group derives its identity from the
characteristics of cultural values and norms that ultimately distinguish it from others.
Pakistan is a blessed country with a variety of cultures in its provinces, whether linguistic or
clothing, food or whatever, 'Culture is the cornerstone of civilized society.
Ajrak:
Sindhi have such a specific feeling and relationship with ajrak, and they use Ajrak from birth
to death. They often wear it with no obstacles to status on special seasons such as birthday,
marriage, and death.
Henna:
Mehndi's Arabic name is Henna. The Mehndi tradition originates from the subcontinent, it is
a very ancient culture. Mehndi is added to the hands, legs. It's a really cool fragrance. Henna
is a tradition in Pakistani wedding culture. Henna is a very popular cultural feature in
Pakistan and is valued by the female section of Pakistani society.
Folk Dresses:
Punjabi Traditional Salwaar Kameez is therefore popular for its quality and most designers
work on such designs and patterns because it has plenty of room and space to design, change
and feed it with thread embroidery, etc. Allah has given Punjab all four seasons, and in every
season Salwaar kameez has always been a favourite dress for both men and women.
Basant:
The Basant Festival is held in Lahore every year in February.  This is the celebration of
spring. Lahore is the main point for the celebration of Basant festival in Pakistan but now it
also celebrated in Rawalpindi.  Generally, people fly kites on the roofs of their homes.
Balochi Sajji & Lahore Tikka:
Sajji is Balochistan 's cultural dish. It's Balochi's most popular dish. It consists about whole
lamb, marinated in salt and then roast over coals. Furthermore, the lahori tikka is also known
worldwide, serving as a traditional Pakistani dish in foreign countries. The menu of many
foreign restaurants has also been served.
The Mini Bus & Rickshaws
If the West identifies the east the most, the decorated and dynamic rickshaws and mini buses
would recognise the most. Currently, in New York and in London there are various museums
and public spaces that exhibit traditional Pakistani minibuses and rickshaws as art.
