 HOW COVID-19 PANDEMIC HAS CHANGE OUR LIFE

The effect of COVID -19 pandemic had a great influence in the life of the human being. If we see the effect of
this widely it has a negative and positive effects in our life. Though it has pros the spread of this virus should
be controlled because the our life is more than anything.

The COVID-19 (corona virus disease -19) is  rampant till today from the time it recognised in china. Medicine
for this pandemic is not yet identified and we have only precautions in front of us. People in all ages are at risk
for its attack especially people with pre existing medical history. The only way to prevent the spread of this
disease is to identify the symptoms as early as possible and take precautions in order to avoid spreading it to
others.

The members in the family got enough time to stay together from their fast paced life. We stay together and do
the house hold chores together happily. Every one are relaxed in the family especially the grand parents as they
can enjoy their life with everyone in the family. And there is a rapid increase in the family time as the children
and the parents come together for longer period of time. The quarrels with the siblings occur very often and it
comes down very fast. And we can see a great affection between the siblings and their care each other. One of
the effects the covid 19 is the change in our sleeping pattern. Before we did not get adequate time to sleep due
to the congested schedule in our life. But now a days we sleep more than enough. Also there is change in
sleeping pattern for some people like they watch movies ,videos or play online games through out the night in
the Netflix and sleep in the day time .Because the think there is nothing to do in the day time so let us be
awake whole the night and sleep in the day time. This has affected the food consumption pattern as well.

The people are scared about the pandemic as they hear many news about the disease like the mode of
spreading, the signs and symptoms and its mortality and the morbidity rate. The main thing which put the
people in the peak of fear is the unidentifiable medicine and curative treatment. If we take adequate
precautions as told by the WHO like wearing mask, hand hygiene and avoid going to the public places can
prevent the spread of this disease. Also keep distance with the people when we go outside.

The supply of certain things has reduced in these period due to hoardings though it is told by all the
governments not to dishoarding cannot help to reduce the shortage of all the things especially food. The
shortages happened for the importing thins. But the people should learn how to adjust with the minimal things
available at their reach.

Students started using the privilege of online classes to full fill their academic needs. Also they complete their
assignments and submit it online and carrying out their academic needs though they have small difficulties.
The exercise routines had changed like the duration of the exercise and the type od exercise. This is mainly
because of the sedentary life style during the covid 19 pandemic and the possible obesities and the related
health issues.

In conclusion the COVID 19 pandemic has pros and cons which has great effect on each individual. The fight
against this pandemic should be more stronger to eradicate it from the earth before it evacuate us.
