• Recognising and addressing the emotional strengths and weaknesses of the
other person
• Responding to the emotional states of co-workers and assessing their
emotional cues
• Applying techniques to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in dealing with
the other person when they are angry
• Demonstrating consideration of the emotions of others when making
decisions
• Recognising and responding to the emotional states of others’

performance with this role play.

identifying and responding appropriately to a range of cultural expressions of emotions, by
