AFFIDAVIT OF RECANTATION

I, ____________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently

residing at ________________, after having sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby deposes and states that:

1. I am the witness presented by _________________ when he

applied for search warrant before executive judge, ________________ ., of
Regional Trial Court of _________________ against _________________.;

2. During my examination before ___________________., I testified

that I accompanied ________________. to his residence in
___________________on January 5, 2021 where he showed to me his gun;

3. I also testified that ________________, and Brgy. Captain

___________ planned to kill Engr. __________________;

4. By reason of my testimonies, a search warrant was issued against

Berting A. Reynold, Jr.;

5. I testified and made-up stories against _______________. because I

was physically threatened and forced against my free will by police officers to
testify against him so that they can secure search warrant against him;

6. The truth is I have not seen ________________. in possession of

any gun nor heard any plan to kill ____________;

7. I am executing this Affidavit of Recantation voluntarily and free

from coercion or force to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to clean the
name of Berting A. Reynold, Jr. who was charged of illegal possession of firearms.
