To our dynamic principal _________________, to our passionate teaching and non-teaching

staffs, Good Day. Nowadays, we are already experiencing a lot of challenges around the globe, in
terms of natural disasters and even social problems. but I stand here today as a builder for a better
future to tell all of you that we need to make a change. Standing here in front of you is Raelene
Fernandez Orejola not to give you a flowery word but to inspire you. One day, I’m just looking at the
sea near in our house at Brgy. Loyo then I realize how life is precious and I’m just amazed the gift of
God in our life, as my age today I need to live in this world with a purpose, and that is to be a young
leader and decided to run as an SPGO President of Basey 1 Central Elementary School and you can
help me to use this platform to share with you my capabilities to be a leader and to serve you equally.

My purpose is to promote ONENESS to save mother Earth, in what way? By pushing to have a
synchronize clean up drive every Friday inside of our campus, in that little way as little we are, it will
have a big impact for the betterment of our environment. Second, to be a ROLE MODEL in promoting
and empowering the core values that we are embodying as a part of the Department of Education,
Maka Diyos, Maka Tao, Maka kalisan at Maka Bansa, because it symbolizes who we are as a student
and being a filipino. Because having a Good Values is important as a builder for a future generation.
Third, to promote UNITY, that everyone must help each other in times of darkness in our life, but as
our age today, we need to unite as family, together with our supportive parents and second parents
here in school having a good decision with each other for any projects here in school and to build a
good relationship. Lastly, to SERVE. I know I’m just a little girl but all you need to do is to trust me. I
will be your public servant to here your voice and to serve you equally because I believe that no one
should be left behind.

Deciding to run in this position as a PRESIDENT was not difficult for me to file a certificate of
candidacy, because my heart tells me that this is now the time to show you all my purpose for the
betterment of our school. Always remember that we are the future for the next generation, so lets
practice honesty and to vote a person who have the heart to take accept the challenge to be the
leader. Don’t forget to write my name on your sacred ballot, I am Raelene Fernandez Orejola , Rae
Rae from (Grade and Section) for President under the banner of LOVE party Leaders Of Victory and
